Bake small wafers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our tip:<\/p>\n<p>Instead of the classic small wafers, try baking (by measuring out less batter) even smaller ones &#8211; the so-called \u201cducats\u201d with a diameter of about 5 cm. They will take a bit longer, but the result will be worth it.
